• Users under the Zero Cancellation service will be protected from the cancellation charges levied by the airline of the domestic flight tickets booked by paying and additional charge while choosing Zero Cancellation option in the cancellation protection section.

How Do You Get It?

• To avail the offer, users have to select Zero Cancellation option which is mentioned in the cancellation protection section by paying an additional fee per passenger & then the customer can enjoy Zero penalty in case they feel like cancelling the booking later

What else do you need to know?

• Users have to select the option of Zero Cancellation to avail the benefit
• The amount paid for the cancellation protection will not be refunded under this offer
• Convenience fee and EMT Service Fee will be charge as per the applicability
• The service is valid only on selected one-way & return Domestic flights booked on www.easemytrip.com
• On return bookings the total Zero Cancellation fees will be addition of individual Zero Cancellation fees of both the legs
• Customers are eligible to avail the complete Airline waiver only if they cancel the ticket 24 hours prior to the departure
• In case of date change in itinerary and partial cancellation, zero cancellation offer will not be valid
• Cancellation protection service is available only on non-stop domestic flights

• Customers will not be eligible for waiver if they cancel directly with airline
• Customers, who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and EaseMyTrip reserve the rights to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In Round-Trip sector partial cancellation is not allowed in case of single PNR.
• The offer is valid for selected Domestic flights booking made on EaseMyTrip's website & Mobile site
• All our new and existing customers can avail this offer
• This offer can't be clubbed with any other offer running on EaseMyTrip

• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers
• EaseMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms

• In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction
• EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
